*Job Summary: *As a Territory Manager in Outside Sales, your primary role is to establish strong relationships with existing clients and seek out and cultivate new connections with potential customers within your designated region.

* Be the driving force behind our product sales, acting as a subject matter expert.

* Identify and target potential customers through various prospecting techniques, including cold calls, tradeshows, outreach campaigns, and networking.
* Serve as a trusted advisor, helping our customers grow, innovate, and achieve new heights.
* Consistently exceed sales goals and become a sales influencer.
* Provide valuable reporting and data analysis within your assigned area or vertical.
* Ensure accounts are in good standing, creating a seamless customer experience beyond just being a supplier.
* Lead daily sales meetings and maintain 100% attendance.
* Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
* Collaborate with operations and sales support teams.
* Travel and attend company meetings, tradeshows, and industry events.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
*Qualifications and Skills:*
* Proven track record of success in selling products for turf grass maintenance in a B2B environment, managing a multi-million-dollar territory.
* High school diploma or equivalent (some college preferred).
* Self-motivated, creative, results-driven, solution-oriented, direct, and determined to succeed.
* Ability to build strong rapport with customers through positive and energetic communication, listening, and interpersonal skills.
* Thrive in a fast-paced, competitive, and dynamic environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
* Possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel in your territory.
Occasional travel to the corporate office in McKinney, TX may be required.
* Authorized to work for any US employer without sponsorship.
* Able to pass a criminal and driving background check and a pre-employment drug test.
* Bilingual skills (English and Spanish) are a plus.
* Knowledge of relevant sales software and tools, including Agility ERP, is advantageous.

Pay: From $75,000.
