Responsibilities:
* Consulting customers in a professional, upbeat manner in an upbeat atmosphere
* Meeting sales quotas, measured daily/weekly/monthly
* Proactively building loyalty and long-term relationships with customers
* Maintaining a clean and organized salon
* Opening/closing business
* Daily administrative paperwork, and goal tracking
Qualifications:
* Ability to work 15-30 hours per week for part-time, ability to work 35-42 hours per week for full-time
* Reliable transportation, and flexible availability including nights & weekends
* Customer service experience
* Friendly competitive drive to meet monthly sales goals
* Polished professional appearance
