ISO roommate
On the hunt for a new apartment or roommate? My current roommate is moving out in May so I'm searching for a new roommate to replace him in for a super spacious 2 bedroom/1 bathroom apartment located in the heart of Wrigleyville/Lakeview and close proximity to the lake (move in may be negotiable) but his loss is your gain!
Aside from a prime location with quick access to the Addison red line and Clark Street bus, the apartment is incredibly spacious with large closets and plenty of other storage and and is already furnished (aside from your bedroom).
If cooking is your thing, you'll love the large kitchen.
If not, perhaps you'll love the proximity to the grocery store, restaurants, bar options or hitting one of the gyms (UFC, Movement, and Planet Fitness are all within 5 minutes).
If all that wasn't enough, additional amenities include central heating and AC to stay comfortable year round, free washer/dryer, free parking (though the landlord does rent the spots when the Cubs play), and a balcony/patio to grill and relax while sipping your beverage of choice on a nice day.
Your portion of the rent would be $1000 per month which is great given how rent prices have been soaring lately!
