The rent is $400 a month, and a $200 security deposit.
The bills range between $50-90 a month, depending on the season.
The move-in date is flexibly February 10.
The room available is a first-floor bedroom with big windows looking into the backyard, with a lot of fantastic trees that will flower in the spring.
It shares a bathroom with one other person.
There's allocated personal storage space throughout the house, as well as shared storage space.
We're looking for someone who wants to stay and be part of a friendly, warm household.
Good roommate manners are important: will clean up after themselves, not be late on rent or bills, join in on household chores.
We're looking for someone we can build trust with and have a healthy, inspiring, comforting, safe living situation.

We currently have no pets.
Due to the rental agreement, no dogs are allowed.
However, we're open to living with a sweet, well cared-for cat.
