What You'll Do
Primary responsibility is to provide support for Subcontract Technical Representatives (STRs) managing engineering services subcontracts, basic ordering agreements, task orders, and staff augmentation.
You will be part of a team consisting of STRs and other Subcontract Management Analysts (SMAs) working toward continuous improvement for efficiency and management of engineering services subcontracts through bid, award, on-boarding, and initial execution as well as providing oversight and support of task STRs through subcontract close-out.
You will interface with a variety of CNS subcontract management partner organizations such as subcontractor badging, clearance, training, and procurement.
You will also interface with subcontractors for on-boarding and access/work requirements, which will include issues relating to SAP entry, badging, clearances, training, TLDs.
BioAssay, computer accounts, GFE assignments, and office space assignments.
You will assist in maintaining data on subcontracts for reporting completed subcontracts (FY), active Subcontracts (FY), procurement durations/timeline, value of subcontracts, changes and extensions.
Other duties may include •Support and maintain a Task Order SOW Template for BOAs.
•Coordinate / obtain technical information (drawings, calculations, grading worksheets, etc) required for BOA to provide proposal.
•Prepare requisitions and monitor for approval.
•Support STRs during procurement, solicitation, pre-bid, and award.
•Support STRs to set procurement schedule milestones, proposal criteria, and set-up pre-bid meeting.
•Assist with task order close out, transfer folders, and subcontractors in accordance with internal process/procedure.
