As a CEFCO team member, you will:
• Assist the Restaurant Store Manager in supervising day-to-day store operations.
• Coach and develop the store team.
• Drive all aspects of restaurant sales and profitability.
• Deliver impeccable customer service by assisting customers, performing sales transactions, supervising food preparation to ensure standards are met, and maintaining the interior and exterior appearance of the store.
Here's what we're looking for:
• 1 to 2 years of restaurant management experience.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• A results-driven individual who thrives working in a fast-paced environment.
