Well Service Manager

*Well Service Manager -* Large Operating is looking for a manager to join our well service division.
Our well service division services our own oil and gas production assets as well as other clients.
*Job duties include:* * Coordinate the deployment of workover rigs and crew to job site specified by Production Managers * Coordinate the deployment of roustabout crews and material to job site specified by PM's * Coordinate the deployment of Backhoe operators to job site specified by PM's * Scheduling water truck routes for the day / weekend * Assist and manage diesel mechanics to ensure they have the parts and tools necessary to complete jobs in a timely manner * Employee recruitment * Hiring and firing * Review field tickets and make adjustments if necessary * Execute and manage a safety program * Execute and manage a fleet maintenance program * Manage equipment breakdowns and repairs * Checking on Workover rigs and roustabout crews daily in the field * Manage organization and cleanliness of the shop and yard assigned *Job requirements:* * Must have extensive knowledge of oil and gas operations * Knowledge of workover rigs and procedures * Knowledge of roustabout procedures * Knowledge of SWD operations * OSHA rules and regulations * Texas Railroad Commission rules and regulations * DOT Rules and regulations * Strong management and leadership experience Job Type: Full-time Pay: $120,000.
