Restaurant Manager

Texas Rose Steakhouse is a regional restaurant that is part of a restaurant group that currently owns and operates 8 restaurants in the Texas panhandle.
This brand is geared up for immediate growth opportunities with the goal of opening a minimum of at least 1 new Texas Rose Steakhouse in the area each year.
We are looking for motivated individuals to grow and build this brand with us.
Texas Rose Steakhouse is currently seeking a Restaurant Manager for our new location in Canyon, Tx as well as our location in Borger, Tx.
We are also looking for Kitchen Managers and Front of House Shift Managers.
Job duties include but are not limited to the following: * Scheduling * Hiring and training personnel * Food purchasing and receiving of food deliveries * Shift change duties of balancing the register and paying the servers tips * Nightly closing duties, deposits, and end of day paperwork * Cross training in FOH and BOH is desired * Bar experience is preferred Previous Restaurant Management experience preferred Servsafe or food handler certificate required Education: Minimum High School Completion Required Must be 18+ Must have a valid Drivers License Must be able to lift 50 pounds Any Criminal record must be disclosed at time of applying Job Type: Full-time Pay: $40,000.
