· GED or High School Diploma
· Minimum of 1 year experience working with school-age children in a professional setting (summer camp, after-school program, public schools, etc)
· Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience over 10 or more staff members as well as day-to-day operations
· Must be able to pass background check and drug test

Primary Duties:
· Create an environment that facilitates the achievement of Youth Development outcomes:
· Promote & stimulate program participation
· Provide guidance and role modeling to members
· Program development and implementation
· Effectively implement and administer programs, services and activities
· Monitor and evaluate programs, services, and activities to ensure Club and child safety quality and good appearance of the site at all times.
Track and assess outcomes through periodic activity reports
· Ensure a productive work environment by participating in staff meetings
· Ability to motivate youth, manage behavioral problems, deal with the general public and parents, organize and supervise members in a safe environment
· May be required to drive Club van (must be 21 and older)
