Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to join our team.
As a Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our store and ensuring exceptional customer service.
This is a key leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively manage a team.
Duties: - Manage all aspects of store operations, including inventory management, cash handling, and store cleanliness - Train and supervise staff members to ensure they provide excellent customer service - Create employee schedules and manage payroll - Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to increase revenue - Maintain accurate records of sales, inventory, and expenses - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns - Resolve customer complaints in a professional and timely manner - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Skills: - Strong math skills for cash handling and managing inventory - Experience with cash registers and point-of-sale (POS) systems - Proficient in payroll management - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to effectively manage a team and delegate tasks - Multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customer base - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions - Knowledge of store management principles and practices - Exceptional customer service skills If you are a dedicated individual with a passion for retail management and providing outstanding customer service, we would love to hear from you.
