Laboratory Services Supervisor

Overview: The BSA Laboratory performs more than three million tests annually.

The BSA Laboratory is accredited by the College of American Pathologists (CAP).
The CAP Laboratory Accreditation Program helps laboratories achieve the highest standards of excellence and positively impact patient care.
Responsibilities: Responsible for organizing the productivity of the evening / night shift including scheduling, orientation of new hiring employees, disciplinary action, troubleshooting and maintenance of instrumentation, participating in QC and QI for the laboratory, evaluating and providing technical assistance in all areas of the laboratory.
Qualifications: Minimum Job Requirements: Associate of Applied Science Two (2) years of MT or MLT experience Supervisory experience MT or MLT, (ASCP) or registry equivalent Preferred Job Requirements: BS or BA in Medical Technology, Biology, Chemistry, or Medical Technology
