Maintenance Technician + Assistant Manager

Spare Feet Self Storage is a state of the art boat, RV, and shop warehouse facility located off 2590 in Amarillo and are currently looking for a part time maintenance technician ready to join our team and provide superior service to our tenants.
This candidate needs to be a team player with a positive attitude.
This position requires someone who is willing to maintain the physical condition of the property, ensuring that service requests and repairs are done correctly and in a timely manner, maintaining preventative maintenance, recordkeeping, grounds maintenance, and other jobs as required.
The ability to work outdoors and the mobility and flexibility to perform standard maintenance duties is a must.
Hours are negotiable depending on availability.
