*Responsibilities:*
* Oversee daily office operations to ensure seamless workflows and efficient processes.
* Manage and coordinate administrative tasks, including scheduling dental appointments, handling phone calls, and responding to emails.
* Maintain inventory of office supplies and initiate orders as required.
* Coordinate meetings and events, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and managing logistics.
* Assist with financial management tasks, such as invoicing, budgeting, and expense tracking.
* Support human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee record maintenance.
* Implement and uphold office policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company standards.
* Collaborate with various departments to facilitate effective communication and information sharing.

*Skills:*
* Proven experience as an Office Manager, Front Office Manager, or Administrative Assistant.
* Knowledge of office administrator responsibilities, systems, and procedures.
* Proficiency in MS Office (particularly MS Excel and MS Outlook).
* Hands-on experience with office machines (e.
g.
, fax machines and printers).
* Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work.
* Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
* Bilingual proficiency is a plus.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment.
* Creative thinking with the ability to suggest improvements.
* High school degree; additional qualifications as an Administrative Assistant or Secretary are a plus.
* Experience with Open Dental Software is a plus.
* Knowledge in verifying patient insurance, confirming appointments, collecting upfront charges from patients, managing collections, and possessing experience in explaining dental treatment plans.
