Job Description

This position greets the public and employees who enter the Human Resources office.
Answers calls from the public and employees providing assistance and routing calls to the appropriate office or individual.
Provides information and assistance to the public and employees on available job openings.
Checks employment applications for completeness and qualifications routing them to the appropriate departments for review.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Requires good typing skills, 30 wpm is preferred.
Will require operating appropriate computer software including but not limited to: online applicant tracking systems Microsoft Word, Excel, KRONOS and Outlook, office equipment, copy machines and multi-line telephone system.
Must have good oral, written and public communication skills.
Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities.
Licenses/Certification
Required Qualifications
Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent.
Previous administrative experience preferred.
Human Resources-related experience is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
Human Resources-related experience is preferred.
