Responsibilities include providing administrative support, various clerical duties including answering phone calls, greeting visitors, and contributing to the efficient operation of the department.

JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Provide administrative support to VPAA Executive Assistant and VP of Academic Affairs.
Manage calendars, schedule appointments and meetings, and make travel arrangements.
Input data, compile reports and prepare presentations using word processing, spreadsheet, and graphics software.
Act as the first point of contact for students, staff, and faculty seeking assistance.
Maintain inventory and order office supplies, as needed.
Assist in maintaining office files, records and various spreadsheets.
Greet visitors or callers and handle their inquiries or direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs.
Compose, type, and distribute meeting notes, routine correspondence, or monthly reports.
Route, and distribute incoming mail or other materials.
Reconcile credit card statements and complete travel authorization and travel expense reports.
Coordinate meetings or special events such as luncheons or graduation ceremonies.
Prepare conference or event materials such as flyers or invitations.
